Project Materials:
Students must bring all the materials required for their project demonstration. Any material considered hazardous will not be permitted at the venue.

Students should carry photographs and videos demonstrating the working of their projects. In case a project malfunctions or fails during the fair, these can be shown to the judges as evidence of its functioning.
-
Electrical Power Supply:
We will make every effort to provide electrical power at the stalls. However, students who require additional connections must bring their own extension cords or power strips.

Internet Connectivity:
Students who require internet access for their project demonstrations must arrange their own internet connection by setting up a personal hotspot.
Please ensure that all the necessary preparations are completed in advance to facilitate a smooth and successful project presentation.
