| Here is the selection results for INSEF Regional Fair (Puttur) to be held on September 11th & 12th , 2014 Venue: Vivekananda Pre-University College, Nehru Nagar, Puttur. D.K. 574203 Congratulations to all selected participants & guides. All the Best for INSEF! 1. Participants and guides are expected to arrive at 8am on 11th September & setup their stall. Judging orientation will start at 9.30am. Followed by judging. 2. The Display measurements are: http://sciencesociety.in/insef_display.png. All the projects must adhere to this display measurements. 3. Here is a sample display done by Hetal Vaishnav: http://sciencesociety.in/insef/Hetal_Sample_Display.pdf 4. Vivekananda PU College will provide food & stay for all students and official guides within their premise at their hostel facility for 11th Sept. night. 5. Various scientific programmes will be conducted at the venue. 6. The departure will be on 12th September, 4pm (sharp) after the valedictory function. Valedictory function is expected to get over by 3.30pm on 12th Sept. 7. Kindly note – only one project can be displayed at the fair. If your name is listed in two projects you should let the organizers know which project you are selecting This should be done by August 30th, 2014 – inform via email info@sciencesociety.in 8. Projects who have done human experiments & are selected – must edit their abstracts & remove references to human experiments. They must support the Experiments with scientific tests/evidence.
